Pain Holds
You Back.
We Don't.
You want to train. But pain makes it impossible or frustrating enough that you keep giving up. Whether it’s a chronic injury, a herniated disc, knee problems, or overuse pain that won’t go away: pain isn’t a reason to stop. It’s a reason to start smarter.
Chronic pain · Injury rehabilitation · Safe & progressive · Proven Triphasic method
Lower back pain, L4/L5 herniation, acute back spasms, SI joint pain
Knee pain, meniscus injuries, IT band syndrome, hip bursitis
Rotator cuff issues, impingement, tennis elbow
Hamstring strain, Achilles tendon issues, shin splints
No diagnosis required to start. During your free intake we discuss your symptoms and situation. We always work alongside medical care — never as a replacement for it.
Regardless of how carefully you train, the pain doesn’t go away.
Every attempt to train ends in the same frustration or flare-up.
We prove otherwise, every day.
We give you structure and confidence back.
We don’t train despite the pain. We train toward pain-free movement — through a proven approach.
Rehabilitation and strength building happen simultaneously. You don’t just become pain-free — you become stronger.
Every step is carefully built up. No overload, no setbacks — controlled progression.
You learn how your body works, which movements support recovery, and how to prevent relapse.
We guide a wide range of injuries and chronic conditions. These are the most common situations we see every day.

From chronic lower back pain to L4/L5 herniation and SI joint issues. Strength training, when done correctly, is one of the most effective interventions for back recovery.
Knee pain when squatting, meniscus injuries, IT band syndrome and patellofemoral pain. Our eccentric Triphasic phase is particularly effective for recovery.
Rotator cuff issues, impingement syndrome, tennis elbow and shoulder pain when pressing. Stability training and eccentric loading are central to this approach.
Achilles tendon issues, patellar tendon pain, hamstring injuries and shin splints. Eccentric training is scientifically the most effective intervention for tendon recovery.
Returning after knee, shoulder or spinal surgery. Safe progression in close coordination with your physiotherapist or treating physician.
Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, joint pain or osteoarthritis. Movement is medicine — provided the load is exactly right and builds up progressively.
Pain doesn’t disappear by resting or by pushing through it. It disappears by strengthening the tissue causing the pain — the right way, at the right intensity.
Pain doesn’t disappear by resting or by pushing through it. It disappears by strengthening the tissue causing the pain — the right way, at the right intensity.
At the core of our Pain Free Performance program is progressive tissue building through the Triphasic method. This isn’t a coincidence — eccentric training is scientifically the most effective method for strengthening tendons, ligaments and connective tissue. It reduces pain and structurally prevents relapse.
Pain-free movement
Adapting movements so they’re pain-free. Restoring range of motion. Reducing fear of movement.
Tissue building (eccentric)
Through eccentric Triphasic training, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue are structurally strengthened. This is the foundation phase.
Strength building (isometric)
Building muscle tension and stability in the affected areas. Pain decreases further. Functional strength increases.
Performance (concentric)
Returning to full training load and sport performance — pain-free, stronger than before the injury.
ECCENTRIC
Structurally strengthens tendons & connective tissue — the most proven rehabilitation intervention
ISOMETRIC
Building pain-free strength in affected areas without further load
CONCENTRIC
Return to full load and sport performance — safe and progressive
Eccentric training is the method where the muscle controls resistance while lengthening. For tendon recovery, this is scientifically proven to be the most effective intervention — it stimulates the production of new, strong tissue and structurally reduces pain. Not a temporary fix, but lasting recovery.
Pain is a signal, not a punishment. We learn to understand what the signal is telling us: which tissue is under strain, which movement supports recovery, and which overloads it. From that understanding, we build an approach that addresses the source, not the symptom.
There’s no rushing this. We build progressively, methodically and carefully. Every step is confirmed before we move to the next. Preventing setbacks is the most important achievement in the first weeks.
We work alongside physiotherapists, orthopedists and GPs — not instead of them. If you already have medical guidance, we align our approach with it. Your safety always comes first.
Rehabilitation isn’t a return to how things were. It’s an opportunity to become stronger, more mobile and better than before the injury. That’s our goal — and for most clients, it’s realistic.
At Pain Free Performance, safety isn’t an afterthought it’s the foundation of every session.
We map out your situation completely before planning even a single exercise. Diagnosis, injury history, movement analysis, and pain location are all part of the baseline assessment.
If you have medical guidance, we align our plan accordingly. We ask to share reports or diagnoses so that we work fully informed.
Every training increase is done consciously and methodically. We measure your response to each load before moving forward. Pain as a stop signal is always respected.
Every exercise has an alternative if it causes pain. There is no moment in this program where you have to push through pain — that is not how recovery works.
“This is my promise to you — we build your strength back, never at the cost of your safety.”
A thorough intake of your symptoms, movement patterns and pain locations. The foundation for a safe, targeted plan.
A fully customized training plan — progressive, safe, and matched to your injury, symptoms and goals.
Eccentric, isometric and concentric protocols for structural recovery of tendons, ligaments and connective tissue.
Pain level, range of motion and strength gains are measured weekly. Every adjustment is data-driven.
Restoring range of motion and building stability around the affected area. Built into every session.
Direct communication with your coach via WhatsApp. Questions about pain, adjustments and progress — always reachable.
We discuss your symptoms, injury history and goals. An honest conversation — no obligations. We assess whether and how we can help you.
We analyze your movement patterns, pain locations and current capacity. This is the baseline for all progress that follows.
Your coach builds a fully customized rehabilitation and training plan. Progressive, safe, and matched to your situation.
We measure your pain level and progress weekly. The plan evolves with your recovery — toward pain-free, stronger, and more active.
Measured across clients who completed the Pain Free Performance program.
Measured on a 0-10 pain scale after the program
For chronic conditions — varies by situation
Thanks to structural tissue building — not temporary pain relief
Most clients exceed their pre-injury strength levels
Range of motion improves. Pain during daily activities already decreases. Confidence in movement returns.
Eccentric training strengthens tendons and connective tissue. Pain decreases significantly. Strength begins to build.
Pain-free training at higher intensity. Strength levels reach or exceed pre-injury level.
Fully pain-free training. Return to sport or desired activities. Stronger than before the injury.
Yes, that’s exactly the starting point of this program. We start where you are right now, even if you’re in pain. During the intake we assess your situation and build a plan that’s safe at your current pain level. We progress from there.
No. We work alongside physiotherapy, not as a replacement. If you’re receiving physiotherapy, we align our training plan with it. In fact, many physiotherapists refer clients to us for the strength-building phase after their treatment.
In most cases: yes. Strength training, when done correctly, is one of the most effective interventions for back conditions, including herniated discs. We use specific exercises and load progression that strengthen the back muscles without straining the spine. During the intake we assess your specific situation.
On average 8-10 weeks, but this varies significantly depending on the nature and duration of your condition. Acute injuries recover faster than chronic conditions that have lasted years. In all cases, you’ll see improvement in daily activities and pain levels within the first 2-3 weeks.
The program starts from €300 per 4 weeks, depending on frequency. During your free intake we discuss what fits best with your situation and budget. No hidden costs.
That fear is understandable and normal after an injury. We respect that fear and never push against it we work through it, step by step. There’s a pain-free alternative at every point in this program. We always stop if pain occurs and adjust the plan. Safety is our first priority, always.
Many clients move on to another program after Pain Free Performance. These are the most chosen next steps.
